US EPA's FY 2020 State Environmental Justice Cooperative Agreement Program (SEJCA)

US EPA is seeking applications through the State Environmental Justice Cooperative Agreement Program (SEJCA) from states, local governments, federally-recognized tribes and U.S. territories to develop innovative plans and processes to conduct effective outreach to under served communities in the midst of social-distancing and local stay-at-home orders, especially in places where internet access may not be readily available to all residents. US EPA anticipates making five awards in amounts of up to $200,000 per award for a two-year project period ($1M total is available for award). Applicants should plan for projects to start on October 1, 2020.

Applications are due June 30, 2020.
