2020 COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION NEEDS ASSESSMENT VOUCHER AWARDEES

 

 

 


In its inaugural year, the Clean Mobility Options Voucher Pilot Program awarded Community Transportation Needs Assessment vouchers worth a total of $1.15 million to under-resourced communities across California, with $150,000 of that total set aside and awarded specifically to Native American tribes.

The program awarded vouchers worth up to $50,000 each to 24 California nonprofits, local governments, transit agencies, and Native American tribes. See list of awardees below.

ABOUT CLEAN MOBILITY OPTIONS

 

The Clean Mobility Options (CMO) Voucher Pilot Program is a statewide initiative that provides zero-emission shared mobility options to underserved communities in California. The CMO Voucher Pilot is available throughout California to eligible disadvantaged communities, as well as eligible low-income tribal and affordable-housing communities, to increase access to safe, reliable, convenient and affordable transportation options. 

 

There is now up to $20 million available for Clean Mobility Projects (up to $1 million per project). Of the total $20 million, up to $2 million is set-aside specifically for tribes.
