New Tools from USEPA

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) has published two new tools to allow the public to easily access draft, proposed, and final Title V and New Source Review (NSR) permits electronically submitted to Region 9 for U.S. EPA’s review.  The Electronic Permit System (EPS) EPS currently only contains recent permits submitted for EPA’s review, but it will eventually function as a historical database for air permits submitted through their previous system.  For more information on these tools, please contact Sheila Tsai (tsai.ya-ting@epa.gov).
