In addition to having a Master’s degree in planning, policy, finance, civil engineering or a closely related field and 3 years of relevant experience OR 5 years of relevant experience, the Housing Analyst should thrive in a fast-paced, creative work environment that is highly collaborative and team-oriented. A self-starter with strong communication skills, the SGC Housing Analyst is adaptable to change and enjoys working in a small, dynamic organization.
