The California Strategic Growth Council (SGC) is recruiting diverse leaders for the exciting position of Program Housing Analyst. We’re looking for skilled professionals committed to helping SGC achieve its vision for healthy, thriving, and resilient communities for all.

SGC has participated in the Government Alliance for Race and Equity (GARE) for three years and is implementing its Racial Equity Action Plan, addressing issues such as hiring, budgeting, contracting, programs, policies, and more.

The Program Housing Analyst position is a dedicated, experienced public servant committed to improving the lives of fellow Californians. In addition to having a Master’s degree in planning, policy, finance, civil engineering or a closely related field and 3 years of relevant experience OR 5 years of relevant experience, the Housing Analyst should thrive in a fast-paced, creative work environment that is highly collaborative and team-oriented. A self-starter with strong communication skills, the SGC Housing Analyst is adaptable to change and enjoys working in a small, dynamic organization.
